Notice pursuant to Japan's Act on Specified Commercial Transactions
The following terms apply to product transactions. If an individual quotation differs from this page, the terms stated in the quotation take precedence.

- Additional charges
Domestic shipping within Japan is free for orders of JPY 10,000 or more. A flat JPY 1,000 fee, including tax, applies to smaller orders.
Customers are responsible for bank transfer fees.
- How to order
- Order by telephone, fax or email and provide sufficient details, including the product, specification and quantity.
- Payment methods
- Bank transfer, credit card, PayPal or Bitcoin (BTC)
- Delivery
- Orders are normally shipped within seven days. If stock availability, imported products or other circumstances affect delivery, the expected schedule will be provided in advance.
- International sales
- Available destinations, shipping fees, customs duties and import charges, payment terms and delivery schedules are stated in an individual quotation according to the destination and product.
- Returns and exchanges
If an item is damaged in transit or differs from the order, please contact us within seven days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Returns or exchanges for other customer-requested reasons are not accepted.
